Straight from British Columbia in Canada this 18-year-old has had me bopping around to this tune all week. Callum Afcouliotis aka Cotis has a Weeknd dark trap vibe mixed with a sprinkle of light-hearted party choons (‘All Night’ for example). My favourite track from the artist who is barely old enough to vote is ‘Ride’ and I refuse to hear that this isn’t a J A M. With a mixture between Post Malone, The Weeknd, and Blackbear Cotis is the type of artist you find randomly on Spotify and adore. He does, of course, look like the type of guy I’d almost fight at a music festival but ultimately end up trapping out with I eagerly await a collaboration between Khalid and Cotis, this is another dream I will put onto Twitter as I did a Halsey x Attlas track (and Attlas at least liked the tweet so I’m making moves you see). ‘Ride’ is my weekend jam so I wanted to share it with all of you as well.
