#BeautyOnABudget: DIY Honey And Green Tea Mask

I’m sure we have all been there post-breakout. You know, that time period when you over saturate your face with chemicals to deal with pesky blemishes. This leaves your skin irritated and red and to the shock of no one I did this last week…
And I thought to myself “why can’t I just moisturize my face and not scrub it?” well that did not help. But this handy and super simple DIY honey and green tea mask DID. Plus when it got on my lips it tasted quite good…
The ingredients are packed full of antioxidants, great for clearing redness, and helps to prevent blackheads.

What you need:

Raw honey
A bag of green tea/or green tea leaves
A mask brush, make up brush or Popsicle stick

How to use: Mix moistened green leaves (just cut open a green tea bag) with honey to form a paste and coat your entire face – leave on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

I have eyelash extensions on so I used a soft cloth and warm water to remove the mask.
