The Degrassi fandom was heartbroken when news of Jahmil French (who played Dave Turner on Degrassi: TNG) was reported as dead at the age of 28 according to his manager Gabrielle Kachman. French, most recently starred on the newer series Soundtrack and the loss is big one indeed.
