This week’s feature is one of my favourite reality TV personalities to see the screen in years. It is my belief that in casting following Victoria aka Spicy Vee’s appearance on Big Brother Canada 9 that her personality is now an archetype.
From her messy secret HOH, to her dancing and blow-up with fellow houseguest Tera Spicy Vee never failed to keep fans glued to the screen. I sat down to talk with the firecracker about her Youtube show, budding career, Megan Thee Stallion and more in this brand-spanking-new interview with my new online BFF (kidding but she is a friggin’ delight).
1. Your show ‘Spill The Tea With Spicy Vee’ has featured many big RTV names, who is your dream guest on the show and why?
My dream guest would be Hilary Duff! OMG, I love her so much and even though she isn’t a reality star, she did have an appearance on The Bachelor so close enough hahaha. I would also love to have CT from the Challenge.. that would be a wild interview.
2. Speaking of your show, where can fans find it?
3. Who were you rooting for on #bb24?
Taylor! She is a legend, an icon, a damn queen!!! I really hope I get to meet her one day 
4. How many times did you apply for Big Brother Canada before being cast?
I applied twice! Once in the in-person auditions in Toronto, and once via video audition! I really put my heart and soul into both auditions so it feels amazing that I got chosen. I think everyone should take the time to apply if it’s their dream, and don’t rush it! This is your shot!
5. Since today is #TMITuesday can you tell the readers something about you that they may not already know?
UHM lol, maybe that I am actually a massive child at heart. I mean, I guess that showed when I was in the ball pit but I just love doing kid stuff, watching Disney channel tv shows, and eating candy like I am actually just one big child who never wants to grow up lol.
6. How has your life changed since appearing on reality TV?
I get recognized a lot in my hometown which is super cool! I also LOVE to party and travel and I find that so many opportunities to do so have opened up! I feel like before the show I tried to hide my party side and how wild I really was, but now everyone knows that side of me so I can truly be who I am!
7. If you could choose one song to be your theme song what would it be and why?
OMG, the song “Her” by Megan Thee Stallion 😛 I love her and all of her songs hahaha. “LMFAO” is also hilarious, I think any of their songs could be my theme song!
8. How did you get the name ‘Spicy Vee’?
I got the name spicy vee because I drive a bright habanero orange Volkswagen Tiguan lol. The name was supposed to be for my car but all my friends started calling me spicy vee and it stuck! Before spicy vee, my friends called me VMONEY LOL
9. With the name ‘spicy vee’ what’s your favourite spicy food?
Haha, this may come as a shock but I am not too big into spicy food! I do love hot sauce though, I will put it on my eggs or avocado and it’s so much better haha. Also, at The Keg Restaurant and Bar, they have this super hot horseradish, and I love it!
10. What’s next for you?
I am working full-time as a social worker at my local school board! I am so obsessed with finally having my own office to talk to and work with children in my community! I have my own Youtube interview show ‘Spill the Tea with SPICY VEE’ that I try to release episodes weekly so these are my two main focuses right now!
