Phaedra Parks and CT Tamburello Are Officially a Thing—And I Need a Moment (or a cigarette)
Hold onto your castles, because reality television’s most unexpected, unhinged, and downright iconic crossover has just gone official.
If you’re employed, here is a TLDR: Two people from reality shows met on another reality show and are now dating.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta royalty Phaedra Parks and The Challenge absolute legend Chris “CT” Tamburello are no longer just dropping flirty sub-tweets or playing coy in Scottish manors. During an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live, Phaedra finally put us all out of our misery. When pressed point-blank if she and the MTV heavyweight are officially dating, she served up a smirk and a quiet, “I think so.”

And because chaos follows this duo wherever they go, Jeff Lewis casually dropped that CT was literally loitering outside the studio door waiting for her. Cue CT popping up on social media blasting Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” while peeking into her interview, officially declaring Phaedra his “bae.”
If you think this came out of nowhere, you haven’t been paying attention.
The sparks first flew during Season 2 of The Traitors, where their undeniable chemistry—and Phaedra dubbing him her “Castle Daddy”—became the only reason half of us were tuning in. After months of playful back-and-forth, CT publicly shot his shot on Instagram in August, asking if anyone could put in a good word to make Phaedra his +1 for the Emmy Awards. Phaedra’s response? “Baby, I’m already yours.”

But let’s be real for a second—a man like CT comes with a lot of history, and the timeline is nothing short of a dramatic masterpiece.
Before becoming Phaedra’s prospective endgame, CT’s romantic trajectory was the stuff of MTV folklore. CT had his share of Challenge House hookups; however, fans will forever remember his legendary, heartbreaking, real-deal love story with the late, great Diem Brown. Their decade-long on-and-off saga was the emotional heartbeat of The Challenge, ending in tragedy when Diem succumbed to cancer in 2014.
After stepping away from television to mourn, CT eventually re-emerged, tying the knot with Lilianet “Lili” Solares in a televised 2018 MTV special. That union—which produced his son, CJ—was a emotional confessional meltdowns, and eventual legal fireworks, ending in a bitter, high-stakes divorce settlement in late 2023. And just when fans thought he was laying low, CT reportedly tied the knot again in a brief, low-profile marriage to Catalina White, which imploded with another divorce filing earlier this year. (Not before an OF video of the two was posted by them).
Is CT finally settling down with his southern attorney-turned-reality queen? Or are we witnessing the setup for the most dramatic reality TV relationship collision of the decade? Either way, we’re seated.
