Kicking off the UK takeover week on TheNikkiSin.com is a brand new site feature #MusicMonday. This week’s artist of the week is pop singer and song writer Taylor Jones.
At just 16 years old UK’s Taylor Jones began his music career in very way most artists do today, by utilizing Youtube.
Jones funded his very own music video by MCíng in clubs in his hometown, Swindon, UK.
His first promo ‘Fallen Out’ unexpectedly soared to #2 in the Official UK Urban Charts and remained in the top 5 for the following 8 weeks.
Taylor’s first official release titled ‘Rock This Party’ flew to #6 in Poland, hitting #25 in the German Dance Charts, #16 in Austria among placements on the most successful dance compilations: Kontor House of House.
Named NOW Magazine’s ‘One to Watch’ just a few short months ago, I guarantee you’ll be seeing a lot more of Jones, and become a #TeeJayer yourself (a cute name for Taylor Jones fans that I promise I did not come up with myself.)
More recently, TJ was interviewed for Tag Mag with Geordie Shore’s Holly Hagan, who recently released her fitness book “Body Bible”. Jones’ new EP is due for a release soon, with the first single “Forever Young” dropping May 5th.
