Love Island is about to receive a fresh international spinoff series called Love Island Games. The show will feature past participants from the UK, US, and Australian versions of the reality program as they get another chance to find love. The former contestants will face new challenges involving both team and couple tasks, all while navigating the tricky world of dating, eliminations, and dramatic recouplings.

According to a TV insider, as Love Island UK airs in the US and the American and Australian versions are broadcast on ITVX, almost all the Islanders are known to all audiences. This means there are plenty of potential candidates to choose from.

The identities of the Love Island favorites who will participate in the spinoff show remain unknown. However, the wait won’t be long since the fifth season of Love Island USA is set to premiere this summer, and the spinoff will likely follow soon after.

Meanwhile, insiders have disclosed to tabloids that the summer version of Love Island UK will debut on June 5. Maya Jama will return as the host, introducing a new set of islanders looking for love in Mallorca.
