She’s bacccckk, well I’m back with a new #TMITuesday interview.

I have had my share of opinions on this week’s feature, who you know from Big Brother, the cover of US Weekly, and of course MTV’s The Challenge. Now if I simply said I was interviewing a Calafiore this week it could be 1/2 men but I went with my preferred brother tbh.

Lets get into it with my last interview of 2024 and one of my most anticipated.

1. What is an average day like for you?

I wake up at 5am every day so I can meditate, practice my gratitude, read my morning books, and play my morning instruments before I start my day!

By 6:30am I am at the gym training until about 8:30am

By 9am I am reviewing my “to do” list for the day and checking in on my businesses and employees

Around noon I go for a walk barefoot to practice grounding and more gratitude

I finish up working around 4pm and head to the gym again for 5pm to train until 7pm

Then I start my wind down routine for the evening which consists of more reading, dedication to a hobby, language lessons (Spanish and Italian)

I aim to be in bed by 9pm and asleep by 10pm

2. Looking back on your reality TV career, what is your biggest accomplishment, and what is your biggest regret?

I wouldn’t say I have had my biggest accomplishment yet but I am very grateful for all of the opportunities I have had to do so. I am looking forward to my first win on a competition show and a hosting position. As far as regrets go, I try my best to never look at anything as a regret and more so as a learning experience. There’s definitely some game moves I would have loved to make that probably would have led to wins but that is in the past and I can’t change it.

3. Okay, we have all seen the circulating rumors about you and Cara, can you set the record straight? Has the MTV power couple split?

Paulie and Cara have both made a conscious choice to not answer questions about each other. *

*note that this not mean they are not together but that they are simply respecting one another by not answering questions about one another.

4. Since today is #TMITuesday can you tell the readers something about you that they may not already know?

My life is out there in many ways, if there’s something someone doesn’t know about me it’s because they haven’t taken the time to follow along with the journey. I try to keep my life as private as I can so I can have as much peace whenever I’m not filming as humanly possible.

5. You came out as bisexual, on TV, it was such a powerful moment to witness. Had you planned for a while to do this or a spur of the moment deal?

fun fact: I accidentally outed myself as bi when I was on a radio show doing an interview and I had to play 5 songs and I chose ‘bisexual anthem’.

Hahahaha! That is an amazing story. I feel like in the Bisexual world we are always dropping hints along the way for people to put together, lord knows I was DEFINITELY putting breadcrumbs out there since my Big Brother days. It was definitely something that was weighing on me for an extremely long time on The Challenge and nobody was picking up on it so I finally said “Fuck it” I’m at a place of peace in my life right now and no matter what people think about this I am ok with whatever the response is. Thankfully it was positive and I give credit to everyone who had the strength to live in their truth prior to me coming out, it really helped when I was making the decision to do so!

6. If you could choose one song to be your current theme song what would it be and why?

I would say “Still Swinging” by Papa Roach. It’s a song they made to remind people that as much as critics were saying that Papa Roach is dead that they were very much so not and still in the game more than ever. So I like to think that given how crazy my reality tv journey has been, I’m still here. Still swinging!

7. Out of all the competitions you have competed in on both Big Brother and The Challenge which sticks out to you as your FAVORITE? (this can include HOHs, VETO, eliminations and daily challenges)

The most fun dailies I would have to say are pretty much every daily challenge from War of the Worlds 1. It was the most fun I have ever had. The two that stick out specifically are the monster truck daily where we were dragged on tires and the semi truck daily where we were swinging.

8. With yourself and your brother Cody being on reality TV, has anyone else in your family ever considered it?

Nobody in my family wants to do reality tv after they’ve seen all that it entails when it comes to my brother and I. Sure it’s great to go and compete and get exposure but what that opens up to your personal life is somewhat of a double edged sword.

9. If you weren’t doing reality TV what do you think you would be doing?

Movies and tv shows most likely.

10. What’s next for you?

Keep your eyes peeled, you may be seeing me on some other networks and streaming services 😉
