Smoothies are fantastic snack, breakfast, and hangover cure. Try today’s recipe as an alternative to your (I’m guessing) regular green smoothie!
What you need:
ground flaxseed
almond milk
carrots
cinnamon
medjool date
almond butter
vanilla extract
bananas
nutmeg
raw honey
Blend ingredients, and enjoy chilled (or warm if you’re odd).
