Hair/Make Up:

For this Queen D inspired look you have to do some waves/curls. You shorter haired ladies can rock Debbie’s natural look, and the ladies with longer locks can pull off the weave look. Or rock a real weave, whatever you’re more comfortable. And you’d BETTER rock some winged liner.
