Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian has had a very public life, which includes a public fitness transformation following her divorce from NBA star Odom Lamar. Say what you want about her personal life, but the woman looks FAB. Working out 3-5 days a week with a heavy focus on boxing and eating well.
In an archived interview with Khloe from Food and Wine a few years back the she revealed one of her favourite salads:
“I’m a salad person. I make a lot of salads to have in my fridge throughout the day. I love spinach salads with pecans or walnuts and a fruit. Right now I’m into spinach with pecans, a little bit of feta cheese and pears. It doesn’t need dressing because the pears are so sweet and their juices come out as the salad sits in the fridge. I like to eat salads at most meals, and if I make baked chicken breast, I’ll add that.”
What you need:
Spinach leaves
Pears
Walnuts
Think about adding cranberries, and grapes to the salad for more crunch, and flavor.
Mix in bowl, enjoy while keeping up with the Kardashians.
