#FitnessFriday: UFC’s Arianny Celeste’s 10 Minute Workout

If you’re an avid reader of my blog you’ll know that this week’s #TMITuesday feature was UFC ring girl/ MTV personality Arianny Celeste. When I asked the model, and megababe for a 10 minute workout for this feature she dropped some knowledge for y’allll.

            Warm up:
           10 burpee
           10 jumping jacks
           30 mountain climbers
           Then hold a plank for 1 minute . Repeat 3 times
workout:
8 reps of lunges
 

cool down:
breathing exercises
