For this week’s Fitness Friday I wanted to make it a simple post, but include it as a #FlashBackFriday with one of my favourite work-out themed videos, songs to actually work out to, and it’s from one of my favourite artists/my fish’s namesake: Kanye West.
The video, that is now 11 years old, features an all star cast of Keri Hilson, Tracee Ellis Ross, Lil Jon, a very young John Legend,the legendary Anna Nicole Smith a plethora of familiar looking video hoes, and more making appearances.
