#FitnessFriday: At Home Pilates

So you made that “go to the gym” resolution, again. This is about the point in the year when people give up on resolutions, which is okay because the intention is still there. There is a solution, and no its not let yourself go and end up on My 600lb Life on TLC. At home work outs are a great way to save money on a gym membership, and feel comfortable when working out. Rather than being in a class with a group of people you don’t know, the wonders of the internet and video sharing are here to ensure you can work out from the comfort of your own home.

After some searching I found a wonderful little 15 minute Pilates tutorial from Pilates Happy Hour. In less time than you leave your teeth whitening strips on for, you can get some exercises done!
