#FitnessFriday: Blueberry Almond Milk Smoothie

Gwen (Yes Gwyneth Paltrow is just “Gwen” to me) may have her $200 “smoothie” with all the dusts in the world, you however can have a healthy and delicious smoothie for under $15 TYVM.

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup almond milk (Original, or vanilla)
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 hemp seeds
1/8 cup of chia seeds

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
