#FitnessFriday: DIY Power Trail Mix

I feel like even when I’m trying to eat healthy, I have to snack all the time which is why trail mix is so great. When I worked at a boring desk job I used to keep a container of trail mix at my desk all of the time to settle the snack cravings. And although you can buy a pre-made trail mix, making your own is a great alternative and a way to assure you like all of the ingredients! pistachios
dried blueberries
flax seeds
almonds
dark chocolate
dates
chips.
