#FitnessFriday: Blue Hawaiian Trail Mix

Whether you’re hiking, stuck in the office all day, or just need a light snack trail mix is definitely a great go-to. A good recipe for the snack is a solid ratio of nuts to fruit to fun, I found this recipe for Blue Hawaiian Trail Mix on Craftsy and I had to share it. Take this  to the office, the beach, or a park picnic this Summer!

What you need: 

Macadamia nuts

Dried blueberries

Flax seeds

Flaked coconut

White chocolate (chips or chunks)

Mix desired amount in bowl, or reusable container, enjoy!
