#FitnessFriday: Cheat Clean GrassHopper Recipe

Chocolate and mint go together like Taylor and Ed, but unfortunately the latter is far more healthy than the first.

Thankfully, Questbars are a thing one of my favourite things tbh) and they are really tasty, gluten, and sugar free! You can use them as a snack on their own or create your own recipes with them, just like Ripped Recipes did. The health blog put together a healthy version of the Girl Scout fav cookie, here is how to make your own:

What You Need:

  • 1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 level scoop) Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey
  •  0.1875 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Andes Creme de Menthe Baking ChipsGrasshoppers Ingredients:  Questbar Grasshoppers
    – 1 Chocolate Brownie Quest Nutrition Bar
    – 1/4 Scoop Cellucor Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Powder (8.2g)
    – 1 1/2 oz 0% Fage Plain Greek Yogurt
Р10g Andes Cr̬me De Menthe Chips
    – 2 Drops Green Food Coloring

    1) Set oven to Broil at 400
    2) Heat your Quest bar in the microwave for 8-10 seconds
    3) Split into two and mold into your desired cookie shape
    4) Spray a pan with Pam and place cookies in oven for 2 mins
    5) Remove, flip cookies, replace for another 2 mins
    6) Do this 1-2 more times then let cool

    For frosting:
Whip your protein directly into the Greek yogurt, add your dye drops, spread evenly over top cookies and top with your Andes chips!
