Chocolate and mint go together like Taylor and Ed, but unfortunately the latter is far more healthy than the first.
Thankfully, Questbars are a thing one of my favourite things tbh) and they are really tasty, gluten, and sugar free! You can use them as a snack on their own or create your own recipes with them, just like Ripped Recipes did. The health blog put together a healthy version of the Girl Scout fav cookie, here is how to make your own:
What You Need:
- 1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar
- 1/4 serving (serving = 1 level scoop) Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey
- 0.1875 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Andes Creme de Menthe Baking ChipsGrasshoppers Ingredients:
– 1 Chocolate Brownie Quest Nutrition Bar
– 1/4 Scoop Cellucor Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Powder (8.2g)
– 1 1/2 oz 0% Fage Plain Greek Yogurt
– 10g Andes Crème De Menthe Chips
– 2 Drops Green Food ColoringDirections:
1) Set oven to Broil at 400
2) Heat your Quest bar in the microwave for 8-10 seconds
3) Split into two and mold into your desired cookie shape
4) Spray a pan with Pam and place cookies in oven for 2 mins
5) Remove, flip cookies, replace for another 2 mins
6) Do this 1-2 more times then let coolFor frosting:
Whip your protein directly into the Greek yogurt, add your dye drops, spread evenly over top cookies and top with your Andes chips!Recipe Provided by @kiracrush
