Healthy breakfasts can really bring forward you creativity in the morning, or at 2pm for brunch (brunch is still cool yea?). Stuffed peppers aren’t just reserved for dinner n my opinion.
What You Need:
2 Green Peppers
Egg Whites
Goat Cheese
Tomatoes
Kale
Salt & Pepper
(whatever veggies you desire!)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Cut the top off the pepper(s), carve out the inside of the peppers (like a pumpkin but not really) then place the remaining ingredients inside of the pepper. Bake peppers for 8-10 minutes. Top with salt, pepper, and basil if you’re feeling fancy.
